Susan is a graduate of Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts & Sciences where she earned the distinction of Certified Medical Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy Lymphedema Technician. Through the School of Oncology/Hospital Massage at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, she obtained her Oncology massage certification to work with health care professionals to provide massage safely to the oncology patient. She is also a Licensed Esthetician providing skin care and waxing services. A special product line is used that was created especially for health-challenged skin due to the effects of radiation treatments and chemotherapy drugs.

"First, do no harm," is the approach that Susan takes with each client. Understanding health issues and concerns of each individual is crucial to achieving positive results after each massage and skin care session. All massage and skin care sessions are tailor-made to the client's request. Committed to spreading health and wellness, Susan advocates treating the whole body to achieve a homeosomatic response to help alleviate human pain and suffering.

Massage and skin care creates countless health benefits that increase endorphins (our feel-good hormones), creates a sense of well-being, positive self-image, and relaxation all while decreasing insomnia, muscle spasms, headaches, anxiety and neuropathy.

In addition to oncology massage modalities, Susan offers relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone, seated chair, headache, and face/scalp/hands/feet massages. Two afternoons each week, you will find her at Munson Medical Center's Oncology Unit where she provides massage to oncology patients and staff.

"My greatest sense of accomplishment is to see my clients in a state of euphoria after their massage or skin care treatment."
